Your Sample Wellness Package Includes:
- An in-depth, personalized consultation to set goals and establish a plan
- Check-ins with me every 2 weeks at minimum, several times per week if you’ve purchased personal training with me
- For $325/month you receive a Monthly Interactive calendar which includes approximately 2 yoga videos per week, 2 meditations per week (starting out) as well as a daily mindfulness technique and one affirmation to focus on monthly.
- That’s a $650 value for $325, or roughly a 50% savings!! PLUS additional bonus affirmations and daily mindfulness tasks.
- For $650/month you’ll receive the monthly Interactive calendar (above) in addition to personal training sessions 2-3x/week
