THE REALITY ILLUSION
What is your reality?
What if I told you that reality is an illusion and you can literally be, do or have anything that you want?
More and more people are waking up to the truth that we live in this Matrix-like time/space illusion where the energy we emit has the power to create matter. As more and more people wake up to this truth and see that everything we’re fed and encouraged to believe about our reality is a FAKE controlled narrative designed to keep us in low vibrational frequencies, where we’re much more easily controlled, we can see a global awakening taking place. Just like in the movie, the Matrix, people are taking the “red pill” and stepping into their own personal soul journey which is why we incarnate into this time/space reality. Right now, there is so much happening on the planet having to do with energy, vibration, artificial magnetic fields dying and more light and higher vibration moving in. As the vibration of the planet speeds up, we as souls have the unique opportunity to align to a higher Density or Dimension. You may have heard me talk about this previously, referring to the 3D/5D Earth/Timeline split. If you want to read some extremely enlightened material regarding the 3D/5D split, I highly recommend the Dolores Cannon material and the The Law of One (The Ra Material). But basically, in the 1st Density, fire and wind teach earth and water to form the foundation of biological life. Most plants and animals fit into the category of 2nd Density, and we as humans have been in a 3rd Density Consciousness, which focuses a lot on duality and separation. We have a highly developed self-awareness, and here we have the choice of service to self or service to others. As we move into the 4th Density (or 5th Dimension) we move into love and understanding. This is where the social memory complex is born, where thoughts become things, love becomes visible, and the positive and negative polarities separate from each other to inhabit environments more suited to their respective and divergent courses of evolution. The Dimensions actually move in octaves, so they go all the way up to 8, and then are born at a new octave sort of like with music. These dimensions also align with the energy centers of the body as humans move from energy from our 3rd energy chakra to the 4th, or heart chakra.
This is great news! However as more light comes into our planet and illuminates a lot of things that have not been necessarily transparent, it can also create a lot of fear of the unknown and anger about some things that have been happening right under our noses that we have not been made aware of until now. I won’t get into all of the negative things that are happening on the planet right now because that’s the opposite vibe of what we’re trying to achieve here. What you need to know… is that just because that reality exists, doesn’t mean you have to feed that reality.

All truths, facts, matter, and realities only exist because someone, somewhere thought them into existence. As more souls devote their attention and observation to those things, they accumulate more power and begin to grow into a reality that more and more people can observe. Then, we say it’s a “fact”. For example, maybe your colleague wakes up in a bad mood. They then take that bad mood to their morning commute, where it attracts all kinds of bad drivers. They then come into the office, sit next to you and start venting about how no one knows how to drive. That thought then gets transferred to you, and when you leave for lunch, you witness all of the bad drivers because where attention goes, energy flows. And energy has the power to create. Or maybe your friend just went on a series of really bad dates because her vibrational point of attraction for whatever reason, is attracting not so good guys. So as she vents to you and says, “there are no good guys left!” you then start thinking about no-good guys, thus attracting them. Therefore the statement “there are no good guys left!” becomes a true fact to you. You don’t have to believe every thought you think.
You might be thinking, “Wow! If nothing I thought was true is true, then what is true?” This is where the fear of the unknown comes into play. For some, it causes anxiety because they think… “well if every thought I think has the power to create reality, how do I make sure the bad thoughts don’t mess me up?” This is actually an amazing place to be in because it’s the space of infinite possibility. This is what is referred to in the spiritual community as the “Dark night of the soul” or EGO DEATH. So, how do you transcend the fear and anger associated with death of your 3D Ego, and move into the higher vibration of Love and Unity associated with the new era? Don’t worry… I’m about to give you my 6 steps to overcoming the Dark Night of the Soul…. right… NOW!

Step 1
Fear is the opposite of Love/5D Consciousness. In order to move past fear, you have to first see it, recognize it and accept it. Write down your fear and then release it. Do it now. Take out a pen and paper and write down the words “I have fear…” and then just start writing whatever comes to mind. Once you’re finished, find a way to release it. You can create a ritual like burning the piece of paper, praying, or simply writing… “I now release this fear to the one infinite creator. I release the situation for the highest and best good of all involved,” etc.
The way to conquer fear is by physically rewriting the old program. Fear is a thought or a belief, and thoughts and beliefs can be changed. We just have to rewire the brain every time the negative thought rears its ugly head! This is called neuroplasticity!
Step 2
Decide what actions you can take that are in direct opposition to your fear. It’s helpful to write these down so you make it a point to follow through. For example, someone with social anxiety may make it a priority to reach out once a week to a friend to go out and socialize. It’s all about rewiring your old thought patterns. Your life can be whatever you want. I’m not saying if you have a fear of sharks, you should go swimming with sharks and a pile of raw meat… some fears are rational and are there to keep us safe. This is about irrational, limiting beliefs that are holding you back in life and keeping you from reaching your full potential.
Step 3
Honor this stage of self discovery! This is such an exciting time to go inward and really consider your life. Where are you in relation to where you want to be? What are your life goals? What’s holding you back? NOTHING should be holding you back from having everything you dream of! What are your fears and where did they come from? I read a book called “Your Brain Is Always Listening: Tame the Hidden Dragons That Control Your Happiness, Habits, and Hang-Ups“, in which Author and Psychologist Daniel Amen examines brain scans of patients and discovers how experiences in life can affect actual brain chemistry and cause certain parts of the brain to be hyper or underactive. This is another book I HIGHLY recommend, especially for this stage of self discovery. The idea is that you identify different things that happen throughout your life that could have affected your belief system or the way your brain operates, understand them, use them to your advantage, and ultimately become a “dragon tamer”.
Step 4
Let it flow. Lean into the feelings of dissatisfaction with your current life circumstances. You have to accept and understand before you can move forward. You have to allow yourself to be somewhat uncomfortable and face the pain. When a big storm is coming, the Bison run straight into the storm. This is because they instinctively know that the quickest and easiest way to get through it, is to run directly into it. We can use this as inspiration when dealing with our own pain that we may have unconsciously created in life through our limited belief system. What you resist, persists. This is because when you resist, you are putting your energy into something unwanted, which actually makes the thing you don’t want grow. Face it, accept it, deal with it, and create an action plan to move forward.
Step 5
Honor yourself. Honor your physical body, your mind, AND your spirit. This is a time to tune into your own natural energy. Check in. Where is your vibe today? How do you feel? Don’t get upset if you don’t feel high vibes. This isn’t about changing everything right this instant. It’s about honoring every step along the journey. Practice mindfulness. Meditate. One thing that can help you to honor yourself, is to create an alter of yourself. Find a photo of yourself that you love, where you look happy and are loving life. Write your own personal affirmations down and put them somewhere next to the photo. Add anything else that reminds you of who you are naturally, which is ultimately a being of love. Put the alter somewhere you’ll see it frequently.
Step 6
Don’t beat up on yourself! If you are out of alignment, THAT’S OK! Enlightenment is not like a college degree where once you have it, now it’s yours forevermore. It either is or isn’t in the moment. Sometimes it takes being out of alignment to appreciate the moments that we’re in alignment. Drop your expectations and just be kind and gentle with yourself and where you are right now.
