Hey Beautiful! I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself and give you some information on my background as well as the background of my Wellness Programs. By day, I work in commercial real estate with office, industrial, retail and development brokers. However, my passion has always been Wellness Coaching! I started a blog in 2014 with the idea that there are three aspects to total wellness. Body, mind and spirit. You can’t neglect one area and still achieve total wellness. For example, you can’t get physically fit if you struggle with staying focused, low self confidence, or the belief that you can’t achieve your goal. You can’t be well emotionally if you’re not tuned in to who you are spiritually, and at peace with your true self. The aim is to work through mental and emotional barriers that cause 90% of people to quit or fail, and to become a better, healthier, more well-rounded person, who also happens to be in incredible shape. Check out my 8-week fitness program, along with my massive library of articles focused on fitness training, yoga, meditation, supplementation recommendations, and healthy recipes that minimize harmful effects to our planet.   • just started following you today on insta as you left a comment on one of my posts 🙂 my fitness journey started 10wks ago and i have lost 12kgs from 86kg – i work full time and a mother of two -my struggle at the moment is losing that last bit of fat on my belly – its freaking hard work i must say – i love makeup and wear it daily – come across your makeup section to find i use two of what you reccomended ( NARS & MAC) altho i find there a bit heavy to workout in but i cant go without it …ive noted down your excercise routines on the abs etc as i feel that is my biggest focus at the moment with the belly – ( god help me and pray a miracle happens overnight ) LOL would you have any suggestions?.i workout daily and eat well lost the weight but Im trying to tone – and grinding daily
